When I received my 5x10 storage locker, the person working opened the unit then apologized because the unit had not been cleaned, and the cleaner would not be back until the next week. This was frustrating and I wish they had offered me another unit that was ready to go.

John R. | Overall ExperienceI payed for a storage unit have not moved in and I went to pick up the trailer I rented and get the items I needed the storage unit for and when I got there the guy at the front was not helpful at all and didn’t. Even help me find the unit and told me he couldn’t help me because I didn’t have a drivers license. And when I said well I payed for these things already…for some reason he thought it was funny and then told me no I haven’t. But I was charged but refunded for the trailer and equipment I rented. But never got my money back for the storage unit

I had one minor issue, and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. They lady that works the dayshift ( I can't remember her name) is fantastic to deal with. Being in customer service myself, I have to say she does an amazing job. I would definitely recommend thos location.
