I would highly recommended it to people, it's not so big but at least quite affordable i wish it could be more affordable considering space isn't so big. The two ladies we spoke understood customer service and how to provide it they see poke to us with respect and we very helpful and made sure we understood our options. The counter service at the pickup and drop off, lack the understanding of customer service. Both locations made us feel like we were an inconvenience. At both locations the service personnel were on their cell phones when we arrived, and we had to get their attention. When we final got them to acknowledge we were there, they rushed through the process. They did the bare minimum to make us feel like we were a valued customer.

Luis M | Overall ExperienceIt was full of mice and my bed had to be thrown out due to mice droppings. The staff weren't concerned about it at all and seemed shocked that I was. There was no compensation offered.
