The front staff are very accommodating ,friendly and helpful I would use this facility again and highly recommend to anyone in need of storage

We stored are stuff there for several years complaints about mice were ignored or worse excuses made way to expensive lost a lot of stuff due to mouse damage all was told should have gotten insurance and u haul never took any responsibility for anything overall very expensive what we lost and very very disappointed with that facility

I rented trucks several times over the last couple of months for moves in and out of storage and homes. It is easy to do, convenient, and reasonably priced. I was given a small space initially and I was advised by staff in the office to take the van home and to come back the next day for a bigger unit, which I thought was a good idea but the u- haul van was broken into and the thieves made away with most of my valuables

DEBBIE C | First ImpressionsMy only complaint was the overhead doors when trying to access the facilities. Many times some were out of order, or wouldn't open when I pulled up. Sometimes I had to park outside and bring my items out to my car in the lot because 2 cars were inside and other doors were either not working, or blocked by UHaul trucks.

William A | First ImpressionsHad a much more pleasant experience 10 years ago. Staff on Friday were indifferent and did not know thier stuff. They should be asking me questions to determinemy needs not orher way around. When I went back Sunday I was misinformed about payments. I explained situation to person who did appologize for his team. However, seeing I'm wearing a knee brace he did not have unit accessible fir me. I had to go back to front of building leaving my items at 1719 to get another staff member to cut off zip tie before I could unload. Not impressed with service. Nor that I have to pay another fee to get access after 10 pm when some sales take me to 12 am.
