We were so happy to find this wonderful storage facility. How nice it was to have a garage to drive into and unload your items on a cart that was provided at the facility. We had moved from our home and into an apartment that did not have any storage facilities. U-Haul had the storage that we needed. It was very clean and the hallway lights were perfect, We just moved into a new complex that has a storage room in our suite. Therefore, we picked up our items from our U-Haul Storage and closed out our rental agreement, The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will tell anyone who needs storage about your facility as it is "the best" and your rent for the storage unit is so reasonable. We know from our experience that anyone who rents a unit from you will be very happy. Plus, the facility is very secure. Don't hesitate to rent a unit to store your items as you will be happy that you did. We were very happy with this facility and, should we ever require storage again, we will definitely be back to this facility.

Charged twice and refused a refund I will never use this company again.

Upon moving out I found a cockroach stuck to tape. Desk clerk was polite but shrugged it off. Increasing prices for reasons they are not currently maintaining.
