There were a lot of issues with getting me assigned a unit which I had pre-reserved. It felt like they really didn’t have a grasp on which units were already occupied. Also, the facility only has one loading/unloading dock and some of the units are very far away from the dock. This situation is not suitable for my household goods…I need easier access for unloading/loading my items.

EDIL M | First ImpressionsI have been trying to talk to someone about my unit. #2203 in my x husbands name who lives in Thailand. After visiting every month to ensure it was paid for and making sure my contact information was on my unit if the account was not paid - my belongings were almost auctioned. I was out of town and had to call this month and I learned the receipts I had for each month payment were no good. My x husband FINALLY put my unit under a contract with my name after I paid 80 in fees and 3 194.95 monthly payments which included the “free month” of March on my contract. see receipts numbers 228348 and 228244 please.
MICHELLE S | First ImpressionsGood Location, nice staff, and reasonable price. Move in was tricky since the elevator was not working. Was promised a rat box and it never made it into my unit. This was a quick one month rental.
John W | Overall ExperienceMy 9:00 am experience was horrible with a staff member who seemed to still be home not wanting to go into work. I requested he show me the unit as I am a single senior citizen and he said when I get back he would. He stated he needed to redo my reservation and stated the elevator has been broken for weeks so he could not put me on the second floor as requested he gave me a fir floor unit that was not able to hold 2 bedrooms of items. I left with the oldest truck ever and the reverse light was out. When I went back at he was gone. My code was denied and I was so frustrated and then when I opened the storage unit enraged as the size he gave me. Your other staff members Chris and Blaine were very helpful. Blaine was great he saw how frustrated I was and made sure I was fine we changed the code he asked if I would like him to show me the unit, I stated no, my son was with me. I really like Me. Crawford who is almost always there yet in a busy place I think some employ boils not be given first shift. I love this uhaul and will not damage your reputation as far as I’m concerned but the guy never gave me his name either when asked he must have been having a bad day because all the employees there are great. Gave him a pass. I don’t think I’m better than anyone yet he can be the cause of people going elsewhere. Also please get the equipment fixed in the storage units all the wheels weee broken and one lady was struggling another couple broke the wheels off and ran not knowing they weee loose prior to their use. Over all great place to store items and rent trucks. My truck was older because I lived around the corner.
marcel c | First ImpressionsAlthough it was advertised climate control a lot of out stuff had some rot on furniture and leather. Padding we bought also had some rot. It was in for several years but we expected same way out as we put in. The carts had broken wheels also making them more difficult to push and causing some things to fall off from the thump thump vibration of the broke wheel. When I returned the truck I parked it in front t of the front door in a drive thru area facing east. It would of been ez for the attendant to check the mileage, etc. I saw gentlemen sitting down at desk next to main counter so I asked if he worked there and he said yes. I told him I was returning the truck and he told me I had to turn it around and face the other way. I asked him why and don't they have attendant to do that and he stated it was required to put truck in that other lane. I stated my displeasure about the lack of service and it was laced with some descriptive adjectives. I then came back in and finished the business and I also asked about prorated fees for my storage. I was getting billed on about 18th every month and was 4 days early. I was told they don't do that with storage. I don't agree but is what it is. Anyway, bottom line we spent a lot of money with your company to have it end like this. Looks like the effort to give total satisfaction doesn't exist with uhaul anymore.

CALESHA T | Overall ExperienceThe air conditioning was NOT set to the temp advertised or posted in the landings by elevator. It was reported to office staff multiple times but was usually too hot. This was a problem with our antiques stored there. Luckily there was no damage caused but we were not satisfied.

AIMARA R | Overall ExperienceGetting through the unlocked facility is taking your life into your own hands. There are people living in the storage facility. Also the staff at this location is rude, the parking is NON existent, when moving in my husband broke his foot because your dock is not marked correctly, hes been out of work and the medical bills are outrageous because of this.

EDIL M | Overall ExperienceI paid for climate control. This is Florida! No air conditioning working! No elevator working! I had to move valuable items down stairs in 100 degree heat with no ventilation! Horrible!! No one notified us of these problems! I happened to go to move more items into it! Then discovered the problems! Notify your customers!!

Solo el baño está limpio 🧼 y en buen estado , últimamente no jabón para lavarse las manos . Terrible ..
