When I have a very limited window to get the most done it's not usually during normal biz hours cuz ya know that's when normal people are at work like myself. Staff . Initial agents very helpful and flexible. But later when I had. No minute to spare found only one agent on site loading a trailer with lift and was not happy bout me needing a lock taken off my door your lock. He n I settled but scheduling was issue. 2nd incident I requested backup card and agent ? Wrong click ? Checked me out so now alarm activates every time unable to correct this in timely manner suggested I just notify agent on duty this will happen . Next agent did not willingly accept at first. Nobody told him so yeah . Attempted to use toilet 3 occasions first no paper within room . 2nd time paper same toilet plugged prior 3rd time toilet still plugged no paper and floor eewew. Hours .. I'm now at another location needing items in your facility and unable to prep for next days work as card checkout fiasco unchanged 3 days running n counting. I HAVE NOT MOVED OUT AND NEED ACCESS TO MY ITEMS .

I would only recommend putting a light bulb 💡 inside the storage area for better visibility for people that have poor vision. Mom came with me and her eyesight is failing, so she needed a little more light inside the storage room. I just arrived from another state, and I imagine it gets dark earlier in winter, and more light might be needed around 6 or 7 pm.

Phillip K | Overall ExperienceMany times while trying to access the storage unit, the facility would not let me in even though I was trying during access hours. I would swipe my card and the doors would not open. A staff member would have to help me out multiple times, luckily, they were still there even though the office hours were over.
