Nancy D | First ImpressionsWhen I moved from IL to TN, I secured a unit in Woodstock for my adult children to store things they wanted to save. They were already living in FL and HI and I was downsizing. This was a good option. Over the 3 1/2 years, I stopped in to get a new lock and key as I had lost mine. Manager Patrick was helpful in recommending a locksmith. I also checked on unit and was pleased at how clean the hallways are. I did not smell any animal odors or see any droppings in our unit. My daughter and her dad cleaned out their unit in August. It was clean inside and no noticeable animal droppings. They did detect a smell toward the back of the unit but did not want to look in the rat traps. They dropped my son's things off to me in TN. The boxes I have checked or unpacked have not had any droppings in. To my knowledge when my daughter got her bins and furniture to FL, her things were good also. It is a great help to have carts available and to be able to pull a car inside to unload. The staff were always helpful. My only complaint is when I called from out of state, the Woodstock office would not pick up and often, I would be transferred to a corporate number. I would leave messages but the Woodstock office would not return the call. So it is hard to get direct answers from the Woodstock office. I also continued to get email notices after changing the credit card to my daughter's credit card. Corporate was able to do this for me. I also continued to receive emails asking me to update address when I did that in person in Woodstock and on the phone to corporate and Woodstock office. Thank you for keeping a clean, safe and convenient facility.
Joy H | Overall ExperiencePatrick, especially, was very helpful with my rental unit. I initially took a 5x10, then realized I needed a bigger space. The calling service was very helpful with reserving an 8x10 and when I came in on moving day, Patrick was very accommodating with making the change. Kudos to Patrick for his great customer service, of which is so hard to find in today’s world
