Something happened with my credit card in their system. I couldn’t pay online, went in person for them to fix it, they told me everything was ok. This happened 3 months in a row and had to pay a late fee because of this. I think the problem is LACK OF PROPER TRAINING. The staff is very young to care.
Pablo R | Overall ExperienceI asked to be put on a “waiting list” for a 5x10 on Monday and the young man working the counter said he would give it to his manager. I call back on Wednesday, and this new gentleman is clueless about a wait list. I then ask if there’s any 5x10 available and this time there is. I proceed to load up two of my vehicles and go to the uhaul location. Upon arrival, there was two gentleman waiting for over 25mins with no one being seen. I then wait with them for another 15min, and they proceed to leave. I knocked on all the employee doors and nothing. Called the intercoms, even tried to call the GM of the location and no response. Keys in the money drawer, both expensive uhaul company phones out, with no one in site. I work hard for what I have so I don’t care to steal anything but that is outrageous. Another gentlemen comes in and we wait for another 20 min before the worker comes back. He then tried giving me a 5x5 instead of the 5x10 wanted. And then had to restart my entire transaction over again. I was given a nice location of my unit which I enjoy but I would like to continue business here. This took almost an hour and a half and was ridiculous. I hope this can be fixed and other people don’t experience this.
