The moving help people disassembled my piano and not only did they not put it together but left parts on the truck and in the storage unit the moving help people took my phone and gave them selves payment codes when she was supposed to be only changing dates and time. The move of the piano was almost doubled when they hired someone for out of town with another job somewhere else. Then after waiting 1.5 hours for them the charged me for two extra hours for the expert to move thebpiano because they couldn’t move it otherwise. I call customer service but they weren’t able to help

The manager Adrian is one of a kind. I been sick for the passed 4 years and each time i go there he will take his time to asked me " How I'm doing " Aba the staff a the security office she's so helpful and kind is unbelievable. I certainly wasn't the easiest customer to deal with yet I was always made to feel as tho my business was valued and my needs were valid. The women who works in storage is awesome- so friendly!! The facility is well lit, clean and secure . I felt safe at all hours I accessed my unit. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Easy loading and unloading areas made moving in a breeze. I recommend this location to anyone with moving or storage needs. Thank you to the entire uhaul team.
