Not issue with the place
Nilda R | Overall ExperienceAbhorrent To call us after we are on the road for a six hour relocation to tell us our trailer hauling our car is unsafe and to return it immediately 19 phone calls 4 different locations 2 emails to the general manager just to rent a truck and car tow. Told we shouldn’t move out of state if we want a guaranteed rental. Made us drive to two different locations to pick up the truck and tow after being given the run around, told the only tow available by the dispatcher needed us to pay additional for straps. That tow wasn’t even correct for our car. Then they cancel our reservation while I was on the phone, customer service hung up on us multiple times. They robbed our storage of collectibles and art - the only items not claimable with insurance. Made notes that I was rude and totally caused pain , suffering, money and time to an already horrifying situation. The Northborough Ma location and Mackenzie in Victor Ny were our only support. After everything we got charged the original quote and never even received the $50 credit for failure to provide the equipment we reserved. We did get an extra day with the truck but not the trailer? That’s ridiculous and the extra day was needed due to your negligence. Absolutely appalled by your company’s disregard for a single mom fleeing a violent situation. We have rented 5 plus trucks and had storage for over two years with you and you treated us like garbage. Thank goodness for Mackenzie-she did her job. Hammond street is incompetent, rude, dirty and criminal. We will be filing a claim and take you to court if necessary. Disgusting Ann Elizabeth Rainey
