I had no idea this site would not be manned by human being and we had not been told that we needed to get a code in advance. I had to drive to a different location to get a storage unit assigned to me and get a code. It added at least two hours to our Moving experience and I would like to talk to management about getting that money back. I reserved online by phone when there was overflow from the location where I was trying to book the truck, then U-Haul moved us to a different location to get the truck and then they told me that I was supposed to get a code from the original location where we did not pick up the truck. It was highly unreasonable and a horrible experience overall
Marcia D | First ImpressionsThroughout the 1 year that I’ve had my storage unit it has been complications such as my storage unit getting stuck where I was not able to access my things, I would have a late payment which would be on me I’d pay it expecting to access my things but the lock would be in my things which makes me think about the management not always being the best or there at the storage to make sure things were going well but we got through it. For the time I have been there it has been average.

She and the staff deal with a wide range of customers and unique issues, and each time I needed her to see my needs not as customer with a number but an actual human being, she showed up. This is a lost art in management, and I want to commend her and the staff.

emilio s | First ImpressionsThe unit wasn't ready. I want able to get into the storage area using the app. The facility was not staffed. Fortunately, by chance, a uhaul employee arrived and resolved everything. Prince Robert was great great great. Super helpful. Five stars for him!

The most specific thing that makes Uhaul stand out well above the others is the customer service if it isn’t right or if there is a mix up they have always made it right.
