Also to the lady that told me about the 500 fee for throwing at the storage unit, babes you need a job that doesn’t deal with people. You looked and sounded miserable. Not to mention, being forgotten about and on hold for 30 minutes! Would never use U-haul storage again.

Nattacha F | First ImpressionsI had no idea this site would not be manned by human being and we had not been told that we needed to get a code in advance. I had to drive to a different location to get a storage unit assigned to me and get a code. It added at least two hours to our Moving experience and I would like to talk to management about getting that money back. I reserved online by phone when there was overflow from the location where I was trying to book the truck, then U-Haul moved us to a different location to get the truck and then they told me that I was supposed to get a code from the original location where we did not pick up the truck. It was highly unreasonable and a horrible experience overall
CATHERINE M | First ImpressionsThroughout the 1 year that I’ve had my storage unit it has been complications such as my storage unit getting stuck where I was not able to access my things, I would have a late payment which would be on me I’d pay it expecting to access my things but the lock would be in my things which makes me think about the management not always being the best or there at the storage to make sure things were going well but we got through it. For the time I have been there it has been average.
