Allison C | Overall ExperienceI had a very bad experience, I trusted them for have my stuff secured but my unit was broken into and when I ask for any help I didn't receive it from uhaul nor the insurance company repwest. I wouldn't recommend them, don't waste your time and money with them.
Ana M | Overall ExperienceWhen rented Unit had uhaul had someone living on property and a office that was staffed during the day. That is why I rented there. But after couple years the office closed and no staff lived in apartment above office. So it was just open to anyone day or night I came many times in last year and did not log in or out because I miss placed my card and nothing was done or acknowledged. Rent was high for no security or staff as I started renting in 2020.
