william m | Overall ExperienceAways up Charing there is no 5 day grace period. They raise your rent after the due date. I had storage with them for 2 years and my floor lamps came up missing and they said they don't have keys. So I guess they have ghost! They raised the rent every 6 months. I went from $180.00 to $249.00. So I moved out. No more Uhaul storage rental. I will never use them again. I found cheaper storage facility and the are clean and cost less money.
