In general experience was great. Only comment was some staff lacked the skills to solve inquires so lack of training seemed obvious. People skills ???
RON H | Overall ExperienceThe quote and size of storage unit we were given over the phone ended up being much to small and we had to get a second unit when there. However when we were there the attendant Katerina was wonderful. Despite being very busy she was able to take time to make sure I was properly set up and was very knowledgeable.

PAUL S | Overall ExperienceThere should be more staff at the front desk at the west Kelowna location. Most of the time, there is only one staff at the counter and it takes at least 15-20 minutes or even more for the next in line to get their attention. Phone calls are mostly put on hold for extended period of time and there has been mistakes. One has to call a number of times to get the things done.
INDRAJIT S | Overall ExperienceThe staff are very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that there was no light in the 10 X 15 storage unit I rented, probably because that particular unit only had a 6 ft. 6 in. ceiling. Had to make sure and take a light source with me to find anything.
Bruce C | Overall ExperienceThere was some work done inside the building in the ceilings when I used the unit. Everything in my unit ended up covered in a lot of dust and drywall dust and there were dozens of ends of wires and caps fallen into my locker. There was also a sticky substance on the floor underneath all of my boxes making in hard to lift the boxes off the floor. So far it doesn't look like any of my items sustained major damage, and I understand it was to do repairs, but my unit could have been covered with a drop sheet to prevent all the debris and liquid falling on top of all of my furniture and belongings. Otherwise, I have been very happy with Uhaul storage.
