The storage was infested with rats. Rat droppings damaged my items. I moved out shortly after discovering this. I do not recommend renting a storage at this location. I was very dissatisfied.

I TOLD HER MY KEYS WAS LOST, SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO CUT THE LOCK JUST FOR ONE PERSON. I KNOW IT WAS ABOUT TO MONTHS BEFORE THEY GOT ANYONE, Then when THEY CUT IT OFF THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME I CAME AND FOUND ANOTHER LOCK ON MY STORAGE. EBONY SUPERVISOR WASN'T NO BETTER. This MAN IN LAFAYETTE. EVERY CHANCE I GET I'M GOING TO TALK ABOUT THAT PLACE, EBONY YOU AND THAT MAN ARE A BUNCH OF LIER. MY DRESSER WAS STOLEN. EBONY YOU TRY TO PUT THAT ON BROOKLYN, YOU WASN EVEN THERE GIRL YOU WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE. THOSE RATS WAS WALKING AROUND THAT PLACE TALKING AND TAKEN OVER MS.BROOKLYN GOT THOSE RATS UNDER CONTROL I WAS THERE THEY HAD TO GET GRASS CUT BEHIND THE BUILDING. EBONY YALL MADE ME PAY EXTRA FOR STORAGE BECAUSE YOU SAID MY EX HUSBAND NAME WAS ON MIND PAPERWORK AND THAT HE WASN'T PAYING HIS STORAGE THAT DIDN'T HAvE A DOGGONE THING TO DO WITH ME WE WAS SEPARATED I WAS THREE YEARS BEFORE HE CAME. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I CAN GO ON BUT ITS 3 IN THE AM. I'M TIRED. I GOT MY STUFF OUT OF THERE l FAITHFULLY PAYING ON THAT STORAGE FOR FOUR YEARS .

Arthur M | Overall ExperienceY’all are disgustingly delusional if you thought this place was clean. I saw a dead mice in the hallway before I got to my storage and then found 4 more in my own. I paid for climate controlled and a clean environment. I should’ve just left my stuff in the streets at least then I wouldn’t have been surprised it was so dirty.

The bugs , and rodents completely overran my unit and ruined most of my family’s things and the scam of insurance yall sell gave us $900.
