The location is pretty sketchy and not straightforward at all. The mobile check-in process notes (once completing the very, very long check-in process) to get the keys from the UHaul rep in the office. At this location, there is no office and the "rep" is the gas station attendant sitting in a small, center kiosk among the gas pumps. Its weird. I'll never rent from this location again when there are so many better ones around my area. Also, the brakes on the truck we rented need replacing. They're super soft. FYI.
Matt MIn this location, where you have one worker in a both for a gas station, I don’t know that you can. No one is there to walk over and look at the vehicle with you. No one is there to verify mileage or condition of vehicle upon return. To that end, I took before and after vids of the inside and out, just in case. The van is obviously new, but there is a good deal of mud-like dirt the the back pad. I don’t know if that pulls out, but a powerwasher might be good to clean it with on occasion. It’s a great location to get in and out quickly, as there is no paperwork or customer service, but it does feel less than professional based on rental experiences I’ve had in the past 40 years… but they did have a well running vehicle and for that I am grateful.
Ronald RThe location was sketchy, bed sheets covered all the windows, there was trash outside thrown around, and very little indicating what to do. The person at the gas station next door claimed he was in charge and directed us to park the truck.
kyle fThe station could ask if any accessories are needed before finalizing the transaction. They should also inspect the vehicle and related equipment when delivering.
