Customer service at rental location was excellent. However, upon return of the one-way rental, there apparently was an accounting/clerical record keeping debacle which required me to return to the rental return location to help them get clarity on the situation and sequence of events.

I called the morning of dropoff and was told I could drop off at the County Line location. I had a 10:00 dental appointment right around the corner from the County Line location but still gave myself 30 minutes extra padding. When I got to County Line, I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come out and was then told they couldn't take another trailer and they had called the Holly location and I had to drop off at Holly. I explained I had an appointment but was told Holly was just a half mile down the road and it would be really quick to drop off. I went to the Holly location (which was 3.5 miles away in the opposite direction from my dentist) and waited another 15 minutes before he could help me back the trailer in and unhook). By the time I drove back to the dentist, I was more than 15 minutes past the appointed time and had to reschedule and pay a no-show fee. My irritation is not so much with the Holly loccation but with the scheduler I talked to that morning and the County Line location. I'm a 69 year old female and if I had known how to unhook the trailer, I should have just dropped it right in the middle of the lane at County Line!
VAL CMinor point--the people were great and I would use these guys again. That said, the trucks were in a big lot and it took a few minutes to locate my particular truck by the U-Haul registration number lettered on the truck. It would have been nice if that were a bit easier. What was really great was drop-off. It only took a few seconds. I loved that.
NATHAN OPlease check your vehicles before giving to a customer. I picked up a 10' truck that I found a mostly full gas can in the van when packing it. I contacted the rental location who had no idea about the can (meaning they did not check the truck when it was brought back) and said it should not be there. I then discovered the gas tank would not fill after already getting the truck professionally loaded. Though they switched me over to a working truck, the people working at the rental location were unwilling to help transfer contents to the new truck and acted like it was my problem to solve. Thankfully, a young employee (Aidan) volunteered his time to assist me and I would not have been able to get on the road that day without his help. Overall, this was a multiple hour, frustrating ordeal that could have been prevented by initially checking the truck and other employees being willing to help customers dealing with the mistakes of the rental site.
JENNAH KWe have used this place twice and the first time was great. We ordered a appliance dolly and it was in great condition. The second time we rented and requested the appliance dolly again, it was not the same as the previous. It was in very poor condition with no tie down. It looked like it might have had it at one time but it did us no use in our needs for moving appliances. It should not be used at all in our opinion. The truck worked well and had no issues.
