Mary Cwe got 11" of snow the night before I was supposed to pick up the trailer. I called to see if was OK to let the plows do their things on the roads and start my rental 3 hrs later. They were very understanding and also changed my rental 3 hrs later for return. All the equipment was in very good shape and ready to go.

Jennifer MOverall, I love this store, the staff is awesome...they are what make it worth the extra drive time to shop there. As far as rentals..I think the one thing to improve is the time it takes for folk to do the computer/paper work. Should be some kind of copy details from previous rentals or faster interface.

Clarence HYour website is horrible. Tried to reserve a 15' truck at this location and then return to the same location. Website would not allow it. Had to physically drive to the location to reserve the truck. Also couldn't reserve for more than one day. Uhaul website is not intuitive, is slow, seems to have inaccurate information and frequently left me frustrated.
Michael SNo instruction of what to expect was not delivered in advance. I was scheduled to pick up at 6:30am but ended up starting the truck around 8am. No incentive of 24/7 check in on this location. Very inconvenient.

Rachael RThe staff at the location were friendly, but the brakes on the truck were bad - warped rotors. Not great when driving across 3 states. The tires were also in bad condition, so we kept getting delayed with 2 different tires blowing out across the long trip. Super dangerous. Got stranded in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours waiting for UHaul to send someone. Absolute nightmare experience.

Paula JBooked the uhal and accessories 1 month in advance, Worst service provided by the person (Jeff) ,booked 4 dozen moving blanket but received only 1.1/2 doz, when asked Jeff responded saying that’s can be provided and I need to figure out the rest, when I told him this will lead to a bad review his response was “I don’t care or give a shit”, never recommend this location.
Harikrishnan KThe amount of fuel in the truck was wrong (said 5/8 and was 1/2), the photos were wrong and showed a completely clean truck all the way around. That was not the case. This was in Denver and the truck had a lot of slush/salt/grime all around the lower sides of the truck. It wasn't just from driving around a parking lot either, it had obviously been driven and not washed. The mileage was correct, but that's about it. I did a dispute picture on the cleanliness part, but didn't do any others. The staff didn't seem as knowledgeable as I'm used to either, and didn't walk out to the truck with me or anything. Just handed me the keys and told me it was across the street somewhere in a large parking lot. There's a lot of room for improvement here.
Scott RMy rental experience was just great. Pick up went quickly and easily, the vehicle was ready and in great condition, drop-off was also a cinch. It could not have gone better!

John SThis was a poor experience with Uhual. Staff were very rude in providing service. They used to give a very bad response. Most importantly, they gave us a vehicle that was having service due, an oil change due, and a tire issue. When we told the register guy, he told that we already new. I don't understand if they knew then why they gave in the first place. Ver bad experience

jacob nI did not receive a receipt after being asked if a receipt by email would be sufficient. Still waiting for my receipt. Other than that, all was good.
Eric YNoah at the pickup location was very helpful and competent. He switched us to a second trailer after determining the first had defective electrical. The overall experience with U/Haul reservation system was poor but issues were resolved adequately.
Michael WCustomer service guy was very rude. The gas Gage doesnt work and i ended up filling the truck to full and he would lower thr payment.
