Wonderful experience with the 10 ft. truck, it handled beautifully and it had guts going up hills and passing. We were very impressed at how easily it drove, had a backup camera and truck in itself were very impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend to friends and family. Location did all they could with the disaster of corporate Uhaul. Called uhaul 2-3 times on friday and again on Sat am before pick up. they told me my 26' truck wasn't there and was reported stolen. Then I said I found another 20' truck in another part of town and the uhaul corporate said she couldn't help me. so I booked that online. I called that am to confirm that 20' and she said it wasn't there. So I went and just showed up at the big tool box and show up and there is a 26' truck in front of the shop. the local guy said corporate is a disaster as well. The worst company to deal with and the customer service agent on the phone yelling at me saying the 26' truck is guaranteed but it isn't there and she can't help me but find another 20' truck 10 miles farther away for the same price. what a horrtible company.STEVE V.

The location on holly was extremely good, I am a truck driver as a long haul mover , I set this up to be picked up not a block from my delivery location, at last minute I got an email that location pickup was changed, I was very clear I need the south jordon location, I use uhaul a lot, I had to get a $48.00 cab to pick up truck due to this unacceptable change not happy with this, I arrived at holly location only to find my reservation was cancelled, the gentlemen there did great fixing an issue that should not have even occurred,JEREMY L.

I had wanted to pick up my Equipment (15 Foot Truck) at Stor Quest, just off Arapahoe Road. Instead I had to take an expensive taxi ride from the DIA Airport way down South. That cost me money and time. UHaul really needs to have its Fleet available to where its customers need and want it for pick up. Also I was getting conflicting messages regarding setting up the return of the equipment. Also no one came out with me to look the Truck over, etc. I was left on my own to find the Truck in the midst of all the UHaul equipment that was at the Big Tool Box location. The location needs to be better managed and more customer-consumer oriented.KEITH S.

There was trash throughout the cabin and it smelled like smoke. I called for two hour extension and they agreed no problem then I received a $40 charge. They also charged me for the $28 insurance and not $14. Would not recommend.RICHARD C.
Only complaint is Uhaul app is very frustrating, times out, doesn't recognize location even when location turned on and clears data and you have to reenter multiple times. Gave up on app after 15 minutes of fighting with it. Went inside...person was fabulous, quicker than app and friendly! Go Big Tool Box Team!VALERIE L.

I would definitely not recommend this centennial location to anyone. I have never had any experience like I did with any other uhaul location, and I've used a lot than this one. Jack was very unprofessional when he spoke with my daughter and to me because of his screw up with the truck keys. I spoke with another employee, I believe his name was Ethan, and he was able to fix what Jack messed up on over the phone.Kathryn F.

The combo to get the key dud not work...I was told someone would come help us, they never did. After 2 hours, you finally found me a truck half the size, which cost me another $200 to pay people to come help. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!WILLIAM M.

I booked a totally different pick up location and Uhaul assigned me this one that was 12 miles and a half hour further away. Without letting me know until the night prior to pick up. The guys were very nice but the process was disorganized for both me and another customer trying to pick up at the same time. I had even requested mobile pick up but that didn't work. The truck had about 1000 bugs spattered all over the windshield and didn't look like it had been washed in months. The cargo area needed to be swept out but wasn'tâ€¦. I spent about 70 extra minutes due to the pick up location and having to clean the truck. I give uhaul 1.5 stars out of 5. You could easily improve this of you wanted too.STEVEN C.

In the end I was glad my reservation got moved to this location. The guys there were courteous, kind and helpful. They took the time to discuss various options. Truck was clean and perfect for our needs. After hours drop off made things very convenient. Thank you U-Haul and gentlemen at Big Tool Box. Excellent job!RONALD F.

Truck wasn't perfectly clean but definitely useable. Little bit of stuff in the box on the floor and cab a bit dirty but worst was it smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall decent truck. Definitely did what we needed done.STEVEN K.

The dolly was missing, yet I was double charged and charged on return. The truck bed was filthy and moving blankets scattered about. I was charged for fuel which I filled to the same place. When calling to get this corrected, it took 3 phone calls and being on hold at least 39 minutes each time. I was told the store manager would reach out and call me. He sent me an email returning $7 I responded and never heard from him. I was told by Brittany in customer service I would be refunded $50 yet I have not been. U-Haul and Big tool box has terrible customer service and you did not provide what I ordered and paid fir and you have taken way too much of my time. I make $35 an hourâ€¦ I should charge you my hourly rate. From here forward I will not use U-Haul.Brenda L.

The staff was not trained properly on a customer using the app to pickup. The app itself did not work to take a picture of the odometer. Had to cancel and finish in-person.William L.

Uhaul as a company has very poor customer support. No one answers the phone. I have rented three times this year with very poor support leaving it to customers to find their own equipment. The rental from Big Tool Box was such an experience. I tried to rent from a location in county line and was pushed to a location on Holly. I needed a trailer at 7am, the Holly location did not open until 10am. Big tool box had what I needed and located on my own. Uhaul is a very frustrating company to deal with and has no local competition.Keith R.

Cargo Van was not clean on pickup. It had used gloves, papers, rocks,and sand in cargo area and door pockets. Van jack was lying in back not attached to van. Pieces of jack where scattered next to it. Van was at 5/8 fuel on pickup. I cleaned van on return, wiped out cargo area and front floor, put jack back where I found it, and put pieces in a plastic bag. I removed all of the gloves and papers from door pockets when I cleaned the van upon return.RAMONA W.
