The off ice was not air conditioned! The poor girl working there behind the counter!!! We had to drive to another parking lot to retrieve the vehicle.

Location tough to find and navigate, fences everywhere, tough to see an actual office. However, the number I was given and called did have a helpful person clarify my concerns.
JIM ANothing. Is was very easy to pick up and drop off. Very punctual. No problem with service or equipment. Everything went very smoothly. All of my questions (I had many) were promptly answered.
Katherine LI was charged for two days. I only had it one day.
Rosemarie MAyla was great with customer service. Location can be a challenge to get to but once there, all works well.
