It was an icy morning and the floor in the trailer was like a skating rink . Don’t know what could be done for that .

The fellow at the counter said we did not need to do anything and then I was contacted later by U Haul to see if I had returned the vehicle
Barbara LGoing through my emailed receipts to file taxes. Just noticed that this location charged me for a full tank of fuel ($211) despite the fact that we fueled it up at the local coop prior to drop off just minutes prior. We were unable to complete online return and I guess the questionable looking person behind the counter took advantage. Negative stars and uhaul should really think about pulling out of this location.
