did not have dolly as ordered. truck was frozen and full of snow. wheels were bald. location is in a run-down gas station with known police concerns

It was an icy morning and the floor in the trailer was like a skating rink . Don’t know what could be done for that .

Barbara LGoing through my emailed receipts to file taxes. Just noticed that this location charged me for a full tank of fuel ($211) despite the fact that we fueled it up at the local coop prior to drop off just minutes prior. We were unable to complete online return and I guess the questionable looking person behind the counter took advantage. Negative stars and uhaul should really think about pulling out of this location.
