Would I recommed them? Logistically sure if you have too... BUT had there been another option in the area for next time, I would 100% prefer to try them before inconveniencing the gentlemen at this location again. For instance, there was mudd in the driver's side floorboard mat. I took pictures as he said if I leave it muddy there would be additional charges. (I did my best to sweep it out, but didn't have access to cleaning supplies). My most important feedback is he did not tell me the transaction would be managed through the app! I could've / should've recorded it there, officially! Even more so, the app prompts you to do so! I only learned this when trying to return the truck,, while also learning I didn't do the preflight documentation at all, bc I didn't know to do so bc no one instructed me to, or to get the app?! I think its also worth mentioning this was the 1st time I rented; I think ppl getting trucks are in a stressful time of their lives, good or bad, its an unusual time as they've not needed at truck until then. He was very annoyed, & said he is not uhaul,, call them for answers or changes. I hope this feedback helps someone else & he tells the next person GET THE APP. It would make his life easier too,, as it answered all the questions (lol "all" like meaning times, location options, etc) that he was annoyed by me asking.

Trick was muddy and dirty on the inside and the cargo was the same.
MICHAEL TMobile check in won't let you take any more than 1 picture and then says 'not enough memory ' . It's happened twice now on 2 different rentals.
MEREDITH BClerk was untrained. He kept telling me his girl wasn't there. My Reserved truck had a damaged roof. Was told we'll its not Is supposed to rain, its all we have, take it or leave it. It was a Saturday at 1:40 in the afternoon everything else was closed. What a nightmare. Will never rent from that location again. May never use UHaul again. Very disappointed 😞
