Do not use mobile check in as they’re located in a dead zone and I had to travel 1 mile off site multiple times just to contact customer service, however, employees were great for in person interaction.

It is my opinion, that the problem I encountered, had not yet need detected. Because of the missing tie down, I had to winch the vehicle laterally to unload, because the car had shifted, and I could not back the vehicle off the transport, because the angle was wrong.
