I picked up the truck with the fuel level slightly below 3/4 and returned it at exactly 3/4. Even with photo proof from pickup and drop-off, I was charged for 6 litres of fuel. Very disappointing and unfair experience.

My only concern is your hidden fees ($19. .jumped to $69)...with a minimal amount of km/miles and gas gauge is off,does NOT compare..ie: amount of drive/km's VS the amount of gas used..way off and your on line APP needs to be looked at!!...You can not enter state/province IE: Ontario!!!!

RENITA NWas Very disappointed, not with the location or dealer. Uhaul called 10 mins after I rented and confirmed my date time , which was accepted and available by the computer system. A young girl said the unit wad no longer available AND tried to push my rental to a further away location> meaning more km for me to pay, gas and inconvenience and changed the rental time without advising me of this part.. I phone and spoke to a great young man whom agreed the rental COULD not have gone though at original location if there was no available trucks. So all in the end I rented from my original location but I feel this young girl should find other employment. Rental was hasty mart Eastview rd guelph, 15 ft. Truck 8am to 6pm. OCT 4TH 2025. NOTE THIS LOCATION WAS / IS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ETC.. It was the girl from the main frame of uhaul customer service contact location. Please check your phone records about this to reprimand her or relieve her of employment.
