Great location and people. Truck had a check engine light and was very expensive
Michael DWe love the service at the Katy Ranch location!. Our truck rental process was completely hassle-free. It was our first time visiting this U-Haul location, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

MARIA VRental truck had no A/C! When I went to return the rental, staff acted like they were too busy to check-in the truck and close out the rental. I returned it the same day I rented it, but they didn’t check it in until the next morning. Lastly, was over billed. Truck had 108,927 miles at pickup and returned with 108,944 (17 Miles). However, I was charged for 30 miles.
