I ordered service for Greeley but had to drive to Loveland for pick up. The truck driver door seal was bad so the road noise was extremely loud. We hit heavy rain on our way to MN for a distance and rain came in the drivers door and got him all wet!! It also shimmied quite bad at 60-65 mph but evened out at 75.

MARJORIE CNo one was there, this is not what I was told when this was arranged. I was told I would get a discount for going out of my way to drop off and pick up- in my contract and that was a lie. I’m disgusted with this brand and it’s customer service. I tired to get help and was hung up on 5 times- if I wasn’t poor I would get a lawyer and sue …. But that’s what you bank on right!?? Fuck over poor people so they can’t fight back.
