While Jerry himself was friendly and helpful, it was not the location or time I reserved. It was much further away from me and two hours later than what I requested. I called to ask, and Uhaul gave me an extra day, which helped a lot. Moreover, Jerry added 25 miles as the location was further away. Nevertheless, why bother with a reservation when it could be changed?
