It ended up being a self‑serve drop‑off, and no staff were present when I arrived. While the process was straightforward, I was a bit uneasy leaving the vehicle without anyone there to confirm the return in person.

Robin HRep. Was helpful and acted quickly to remove trailer. Probably less then 5 minutes from arrival to departure.
James TI used the 24 hour drop off. I could not go inside the office . I can’t rate the location or personnel. The app should have N/A. The app could use some work.. When I needed to take the final picture of where I left the trailer. I unhooked the trailer from my truck. I couldn’t get back into the app for the final picture.
