The truck I reserved was not available and I had to get a bigger truck. I ordered an appliance dolly and it was not available. They then changed my return location to a different location so had trouble finding the correct place to return my truck. Overall not a good experience.

PATRICIA Rnot addressed on arrival. then was interrupted by another employee all in foreign language. very little explained on charges. safe move never discussed. wasn't even shown truck. just pointed in direction of trucks.ifigured it all out. gave me bad impression of the people work here. only recommend if you already have experiance with uhaul
