I reserved a 26’ truck but was given a 20’ truck. Why would you allow me to reserve a 26’ truck if it wasnt available! I had to call a buddy with a pickup truck to get the rest of my stuff to my new place! Furthermore, I reserved and was charged for furniture dolly and a dozen furniture pads…these items were not in the truck and I could’ve used them. Just a disaster all the way around!!!
