They went above and beyond to assist me with my rental. I came in not even knowing U-Haul offered trailers, and they took the time to explain my options and pricing without any pressure at all. They were kind, patient, and helpful while I got my dolly rental set up. Because of their honesty and service, I ended up renting a trailer as well. The return process was just as easy. I would absolutely recommend them and will use this location again.

They went above and beyond to assist me with my rental. I arrived not knowing U-Haul had trailers, and they didn’t pressure me at all... just explained what was available and the rates, and then helped me with my dolly rental. They were so very kind. I did end up renting the trailer as well and he helped me hook it up to my truck, check the lights and even mentioned my tires looked a little low. It truly was a great experience. The return process was also super easy. I would 100% recommend this location!!

ALISBEY AThe location has an electric gate. When i drove inside and dropped off the truck the gate had me locked inside the compound. I had to climb over a six foot high fence to get out.
