No improvements can be made. These People were kind and patient with Me when I needed the truck longer than I thought and they didn't get upset or angry. They were good to rent from. They didn't make up stupid extra charges. I'd give em more than five stars if I could.
Christ J.Need staff to keep windshields cleaner. The truck was filthy, could barely see out the windshield. The check engine light was on. This is not a big deal but the steering wheel was already worn at just over 26,000 miles. I am always afraid of getting blamed for these things even though I take pictures. I would think something like this could be replaced under warranty. Uhaul trucks seem like they are not well maintained and hardly likely to last long. Also I put about an extra $8 in the tank unintentionally and I get told Uhaul does not make adjustments, like they don't make enough charging .89 cents a mile which is garbage anyway since I believe the state allows us .53 a mile to write off
