PATRICIA GI had to call U-Haul to see where to pick truck up! I was not told they could move you from requested site! After I found out everything was great!
CHAD DThere was an issue with the online system that caused problems. I needed to make a change on the details from my initial reservation, but the system was permanently locked onto them. After about 30 minutes of dealing with the tech support people, the clerk canceled the reservation and started all over to get through the online system glitch. That fixed the issue and they got me on my way. Thanks to the clerks! My hats off to them!
