Lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed when I asked her where to put the trailer for drop off. Then did not check it in and I was charged an extra day.

Jason BWe had to return the first trailer as the tire tread was splitting in the middle. The second trailer was fine but had a little bit of rail off on the inside. Both were clean. I'd use them again.
