Easy drop off

SHAWN RWe were told by Amanda at Soundworx they were going to be open on September 1 which was our drop off date. Upon arrival Southworx was closed. After waiting several minutes we called Soundworx and left a voice mail that we were there to drop off truck. Got no callback so we dropped the key in the dropoff box. Since we did not see a way to prove when we dropped off the truck we took a picture to prove time and date of dropoff. When they finally opened on Sept 3 that is when they logged in our truck and charged us for two extra days. We have contacted Uhaul and David at Sounworx for a refund.
ELLEN RMy experience at this location was great, but I first tried the 103 N Gum road location where I was denied any kind of assistance despite having a reservation for the vehicle for the time period by a pretty garbage attendant. Strongly recommend trying this miles Jamison location first if you need a uhaul in Summerville
