The website was very easy to understand and reserve a truck. The man who helped me at the pick up location was helpful and explained everything with being pushy or trying to talk me into anything I didn't want. When I brought the truck back it was checked in quickly and I had the final receipt before I was home. I will definitely use this location again if I need a moving van again!
