Whole time I was smelling a chicken poop they need to clean the vehicle before giving to new customers. Really disappointed my U - haul service.

Patrick MBooked a van pickup at Rosina Family Grocery (436 Dawes Rd) — showed up on time and the location was completely closed. No heads-up, no notification, nothing. Called U-Haul support and was told the location "wasn't set up for mobile pickup." So why was it listed as my confirmed pickup location in the first place? Had to scramble to get to a different location, wasting time and adding unnecessary stress to an already busy moving day.
