Your vendor was not present and I did not receive nor could I get the add on items, dolly, furniture dolly or moving pads. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase these items.
KEVIN HWas called by location of closing time and to pull truck on black top and put key in drop box. Days later site calls about truck not turned in. I advised truck was turned in. Come to find out from clerk I turned truck in at an unmanned location. However putting location in my gps this is where I was directed. Had to get customer service involved 2-3 times to get receipt closed.
Todd DThe self-serve option to rent was very confusing, frustrating, and an overall bad experience.
Brad PHave a reel person at location not a virtual office and I had to do everything from an app. Pictures etc. very poor customer service. Originally booked for Sarasota and they didn’t have a truck so had to go to Venice and when returned truck got charged extra miles for the difference in distance and they refused to take it off. Very disappointed on whole experience.
