Mow the grass! Spruce up the landscape cuz this place looks sketchy. Have REAL people in an office not just virtual. I was severely disappointed to see this place look so cold and abandoned. I've been a patron here since 1987 and it was ALWAYS kept up and inviting and personable. Now it's just sad and lonely.

Getting the truck was incredibly difficult. Finding the box with key and unlocking it.
HOWARD GThe checkout was very confusing. There were no clear instruction on how or when to do the virtual checkout. Phone calls were made, messages were left, but never returned. To top it off, the reserved dolly and padding blanket were not with the vehicle. No attention to detail at all
William OThere is nobody there it is virtual you try to talk to them. They have no idea what’s going on and it is not U-Haul itself. It is the company that is running the storage facility.
