The drop off area was confusing. It was not clear where to drop the key. It was Sunday and closed so no one was there to help.

Very very very poor customer service by phone and chat they don’t know how to talk with customer very poor phone call customer service they was showing attitude to us but for what they are showing attitude to customer they have any right??? You guys didn’t taken any actions regarding those staff members that’s why they are doing these kind of behaviour but thats unacceptable do something for them and please understand my concern

DARLENE AShowed up to pick up rental and was told the website was down and I wouldn’t be able to get the rental. After a while of waiting around I was finally able to get a rental. Was handed the keys and was directed to the unplowed lot to find the rental on my own covered in snow having to clean it off before leaving. Then I returned the rental early and put the keys in the drop box as directed to a a few days later being told by U-Haul I had not returned the vehicle. It did get sorted out but by far this is a very poor first experience with U-Haul
