Showed up to pick up rental and was told the website was down and I wouldn’t be able to get the rental. After a while of waiting around I was finally able to get a rental. Was handed the keys and was directed to the unplowed lot to find the rental on my own covered in snow having to clean it off before leaving. Then I returned the rental early and put the keys in the drop box as directed to a a few days later being told by U-Haul I had not returned the vehicle. It did get sorted out but by far this is a very poor first experience with U-Haul

Despite Uhauls internet/system not functioning, Prab, our front desk lady helped us through renting the truck via U-Haul app. Superb service and a spotless truck. Our third (or fourth) truck rental in as many months, but other rentals have been started in the lower mainland (with good, but not stellar service). No improvements necessary if you listen to what you need to do.

Rob DThe dolly is in poor condition, especially the straps. The service was poor. I was having a hard time to understand of what she was trying to communicate with me.
Doug LClean won’t make it run any better but would be nice to use a clean vehicle.
