Service the vehicles properly. I had to go a hour a away to get the truck & tow dolly. Making sure the vehicles are at the proper location that customers are supposed to pickup at. Not having to waste gas & mileage to go a hour out of town to pickup.

Dennis BFirst time at this facility was not a good experience. They are too busy taking care of the Purolator/warehousing side to be patient with the U-Haul side of things. This time around, 1st thing in the morning, everything was fine.
