I can't say anything about the pick up lication, because they did no changes in the contract. Rental truck was changed 2 days before move despite renting 2 months in advance, to a 15' which was too small. I had to drive 200km extra for pick up of a larger truck. The truck was dirty and I had to clean it. Not enough blankets, no dolly, thank not at correct level. My confirmation of thec rental truck did not line up with what I got told at pick up. There whete less km included and only 4 days instead of 5. That needed to be changed and it took 1 hour until I finally left with the truck. So 3 hours waisted time. I tried to get a credit by chat, in person and by phone call, but nobody was able to help.

shelia nOffice was dirty and customer service was unprofessional and not friendly. We got dinged for being 30 minutes late due to getting gas for the truck.
Kara VNobody was there to help me to pin the trailer, which it was physically impossible for me to lift it enough high to get it on. Very frustrating. Also, i had to drive 3 hours to get the trailer as the location I selected when booking couldn’t let me take that trailer du to the location I was dropping it off at the end of the trip. Then they told me the location i wasnt able to take back the trailer. So du to the new location beeing closed on the weekend i could have the 2 extra days for free. Which i got charged for it. Not happy i would of just dropped it off on Saturday if i knew that. When i got the location there was no room for me to drop it off. I had to go to a different location as it was 8pm they were closed.
