Had to drop it off after hours so called them ahead of time and they agreed that I park it on the premises and they did the return the next morning. Was a great sevice

The truck was brought to the front door of the office by the staff. The service was great all around. The truck was easy to drive.

The owner of the establishment personally helped me repair a broken fuse to make sure I would have a safe journey. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

I was initially told that Uhaul would cover the cost for tire chains (which were needed and necessary), but when I arrived to pick up the truck with my receipt for the chains, they changed their minds. Roads in northern BC require mud and snow tires, and chains for larger vehicles such as Uhaul trucks, but the tires had no grip and no chains were provided. My move cost double the amount I was quoted because of the cost of the chains.

Make sure you have a drop off location in Williams Lake, BC, I am not at all happy that I had to pay extra mileage to return the truck to 100 Mile House, it is not my fault that there is no drop off location in the town I moved to, when there used to be a location there. The back of the truck have greasy boots prints in it, that we had to clean up before we could put our furniture in it.

The truck had bald summer tires on in December, in canada . The truck started sliding down the driveway while parked. My son in law tried to catch it and broke his ankle. Winter tires are required for driving in winter.

I was surprised that no one came out to inspect that I had the proper setup and that I knew how to use the trailer properly

It's bull shit that I got to wait 4 weeks to get my damage deposit back and the van I rented was dirty but it did run good and it stunk

The lady that rented me the trailer went above and beyond to get me a trailer and get me on the road back to Saskatchewan.

Great service, friendly people. I was thrilled to be able to get a Uhaul truck so close to my home. The ramps and doors were easy to handle, and the truck drove very smoothly.

I was given the p/u location but was not told it closes at 1 on saturdays, so got there and had to wait 45 mins for an employee to return to the business. having said that, she was very nice. The inside of the cab was very dirty (dash & floors) but the back of the truck was clean.

Great folks, excellent service and understanding.

I was not walked through how to use the uhaul I was not instructed to fill it to a certain level. The uhaul was given to me with a quarter tank so I left it with a quarter tank, and am now being billed 50 dollars. I will never use uhaul again, nor will I recommend them to my friends. I am also boycotting Country Auto Tire for lack of professionalism

We live in the North and the tires were very poor for the conditions. If you are not going to provide snow tires or chains an allowance of a day should be put in place as the conditions can be very dangerous and in our case we could not afford to pay for extra time.

Excellent customer service

Great customer service

This depot was closed on Sunday, the day of return, but the drop off key box worked well!!

I said NO under maintenance, but wanted to add that the ramp trailer we rented was just fine. The only maintenance problem was the tightener for the hitch. It was very hard to tighten. After we put WD40 on it, it turned like butter. Otherweise all was just fine.

I spoke several times to the dispatch in 100 Mile House, and they were very informed on the rules and regulations. I was told I would get back some money, as we returned it early, then was told no... conflicting info from different agents. Have the contract sent before the day of pick up. When we realized the error and tried to change it, we were told there were no trailers available in Nanaimo., but there was the one assigned to us..... many mistakes were made. The trailer was clean and had no problems with it... but the human side was unacceptable...Thank you
