Poor customer service at this location. Arrive to drop off the uhaul and the lady working is on the phone, doesn’t even acknowledge me as I stand in front of her and won’t finish her conversation on the phone. It wasn’t even a business phone call, she was on a personal phone call complaining about someone who was in the store earlier. A few minutes later a different man comes into the store and the lady points at me with the key. He walks outside to inspect the uhaul and gas. I rented moving blankets and he says to bring them inside. They were in the back of the truck when it was picked up. He then wants us to move the truck from the one parking spot and parallel park in a different spot. This is his job why can’t he do it? He refused every time we said it’s not our job and for him to do it. We aren’t his personal assistant. Won’t be back.

I use chat support but the location guy didn’t even bother about chat message in which u haul customer care executive mentioned i can take vehicle no issues in profile. Very disappointed
