Horrible unprofessional and cheaply run
Salena MI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The truck I received was in poor condition—the interior was completely wet when I opened it. I had to spend nearly an hour just cleaning and drying it before I could even begin loading my belongings. To make matters worse, the roof was leaking during the move. Because of this, some of my items got wet and ended up damaged. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration during what was already a busy moving day. Overall, I expected a much better level of maintenance and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation.
