Nobody at the lot when we arrived. Had to call someone. Had to wait on the side of a very busy road at a shuttered location. Truck that was booked would not start even when we tried to boost it. After delays, was offered a larger vehicle for same price which was ok but my gas bill was higher. New truck was only half full of gas so I took a picture and pointed that out when I returned it. We wanted to buy some bubble wrap but he only had 2 small rolls. Place looked like a broken down empty lot. Not professional or very business like.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe wiring harness had multiple dings and one was 1cm long with wires fully exposed. The pins were so dirty that I had to clean them to get my signals working. The door lever is out of alignment and needs to be lifted to lock it. A simply adjustment would fix that issue.

Douglas JI have a feeling this location is renting out trailers on the side, due to the fact I had a trailer with diesel oil inside the trailer when I received it. It shouldn’t have been rentable and with us taking pictures at the end of the rental it most likely wasn’t the last person who rented it. A few clearance lights weren’t working either. I will never rent from this location again and I would tell anyone asking to stay away from this location
