How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe inside of the truck was dirty and smelled like cigarette's. There was a leak in the box of the truck. When I picked it up I had to dry out the inside. It leaked on some of my belongings as well.
CHRISTOPHER PGood customer service!!
Kula ZNobody at the lot when we arrived. Had to call someone. Had to wait on the side of a very busy road at a shuttered location. Truck that was booked would not start even when we tried to boost it. After delays, was offered a larger vehicle for same price which was ok but my gas bill was higher. New truck was only half full of gas so I took a picture and pointed that out when I returned it. We wanted to buy some bubble wrap but he only had 2 small rolls. Place looked like a broken down empty lot. Not professional or very business like.
Roderick BThe wiring harness had multiple dings and one was 1cm long with wires fully exposed. The pins were so dirty that I had to clean them to get my signals working. The door lever is out of alignment and needs to be lifted to lock it. A simply adjustment would fix that issue.
