The u-haul itself was completely empty of gas which was forcing you to use the gas at the location. The truck itself was clean however the truck needs an alignment and was a shaky ride.

AC Was intermittent. Pickup took 1 hour because of “system issues” - poor rental experience.
Michael LWood furniture parts left on the bumper. Computer was down for the second time this month taking 1.5 to 2 hours to rent a truck. After 2 hours of waiting, the owner took a picture of my driver's license and credit card and let me leave with the truck. The truck gas level was on 18 miles to Empty! Had to get gas before I could leave.
