No one was at the location when I arrived (during business hours). This was after I called and confirmed the vehicle and let them know I was on my way. I was told they would only be open for an hour that day. My arrival time was within that hour. I never signed a contract. When I arrived, there was an older gentleman across the street that told me I could just take the truck because the key was inside. Kind of shady.

Due to closed hours on Sundays it would be helpful to give directions on an answering machine about what to do if needing to drop off a rental. In our case, the owner actually still came and met us and was a delightful individual.

Taurus GThe listed business is no longer even there. Just an over grown lot with an old sign and uhaul equipment. Nothing is clearly marked. The lot was chained up and there was no place to park the truck marked..
ROBERT HAnd M reported a higher fuel level than what was actually in the tank I have photo proof on my phone! I believe they stole the fuel from the tank = I was billed for fuel difference!! I reported the incident to chat personnel but no one called me!
