This U-Haul drop-off location was difficult to navigate. There was no signage indicating where the trailer should be dropped off, and the parking area did not provide adequate space to safely maneuver or turn around a vehicle with a trailer. Overall, the location was poorly suited for trailer returns, making the drop-off process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Very disappointing experience.

Had an appointment to pick up at 9 and no one ever showed up. By 9:30 we changed our appointment to be self pick up so we could get the keys.
Clint MThe whole process was extremely smooth. The truck was late model, Clean and ran great. Check-in was easy and the after hours drop was even easier. We had an all-around great experience! It was also nice to see that the primary business is an automotive repair shop.
