The Uhaul was not clean. The cab was dirty, the ramp was dirty, and the inside loading space was also dirty. It drove OK, but was pulling to the right so needs an alignment. It has a lot of miles on it. The rental person Ken was really nice and helpful, but the Uhaul app was very slow that day and he kept apologizing. I would probably rent from this location again, but the experience was not perfect.
Derek DThere was a little confusion as I had ordered a 20- foot truck from another location. Somehow, they had it show up as a 26-foot truck and didn't have a 20-foot truck available. However, they were quick to get me to this location, and it worked out well.
Tom KI reserved an appliance dolly and two furniture dolly’s. They did not have any. Truck was clean but driver door did not close Al the way because they had not put the door seal in properly. Che k engine light was on. They have one person managing the rentals and working the register for the convenience store.
Richard NNo improvements at all!! Ken took care of me for the second time. He was professional and very quick to take care of us during the lunch hour which was a busy time for the store!! Ken you’re awesome… Perfect visit!!
