The man that worked there was great and we did not have any issues with the truck. My issue is that we reserved a 26 foot truck at a location that was closer to our new home. The website said the truck was there when I made the reservation. Then when I received the confirmation email a few minutes after I made the reservation, my location was changed to a location further from our new home. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone explained why the location changed. Then, I asked if I could change the truck size, if a 20 foot truck was available at either of the two locations. She said they did have one at the new location and she helped update my reservation. We get to the location to pick up the truck at our reservation time AND they don’t have the 20 foot truck. We ended up having to get the 15 foot truck! Which meant more trips and more money paid in mileage. My frustration is more with U-haul than the location. They should have made sure a 20 foot truck was at the selected location, especially since U-Haul was the one who changed my location to begin with.
