This location is terrible. We got there at 5 pm to return our truck and were told that Uhaul was closed so we would have to retur.n the truck on the app. The app said we needed to do a counter return. The clerk offered NO assistance. We ended up calling the 888 number and Jose helped us. The back end of the truck had not been cleaned out from the prior renter. It was full of yard debris. We had to blow it out before we could use it. Also, the parking spaces are too narrow. Thankfully, my husband is very experienced back up trucks and was able to get it in the spot without hitting either of the vehicles next to it.

Staceyann TIf I’m expected to sweep the cargo hold of the truck, the cab should be clean as well upon renting. The mobile “verifying identity” is a pain in the rear. It was quicker to just go inside and get the keys. Fix it.
