Truck had not been inspected because keys had to be retrieved from the drop box. It was after 10:00 in the morning when picked up. There were no other customers there when I arrived. I was told that there was only 1/8 to 1/4 tank of fuel. Unacceptable. I had to leave and obtain fuel to begin the project. I had people waiting to assist me and due to the inefficiency of your organization, there was little to no fuel, so that we were delayed in starting. This resulted in some having to leave prior to completion. There should be an adequate amount of fuel to renter. You charge an exorbitant amount for fuel if returned without the same amount. Lastly, the interior was dirty, seats ripped, and the a/c was cool to warm only on the blasting level. I have rented dozens of UHauls over the years and several from this location. I definitely did not get what I paid for. I will not utilize either in the future nor recommend to anyone. Get it together.
