The truck was dirty inside and out. There were food wrappers on the floor of the cab and we had to sweep out the back of the truck before we could put our items in.

Check the equipment before rental pickup. We rented a vehicle hauler trailer and the tire strap was cut and unusable. We had to wait hours for the repair and it set our travel a day behind.
