Terrible customer service!!!! No one on site. The hours listed were not honored. I'll never deal with u haul again. When I finally was able to get in contact with a representative, they were not willing to provide me any help. I certainly hope I'm not responsible for topping off the fuel after driving and extra hour and a half and the hassle and frustration I endured.Michelle H.
I dropped the truck of 15 mins late because once again I was forced to drive to another municipality. They where closed!. I called the number on the door and the fellow that answered was rude, I believe I woke him up. Later I received a notice that you charged me for a Half day rental, claiming I returned the truck after 1pm. I have proof via phone call that I was there at 10:15 am!!!. I would not recommend them and will in the future find another companyAly D.
There're was no sign indicating Uhaul No person on sight. We were hoodwinked into travelling 60 klm out of our pick up zone without knowledge until day before move. The cab of the truck smelt like cigarettes. The truck was muddy on outside and full of Dust in the box which had to be swept out. The seal was broken on the passenger side back door lift , so water seeped through the boxes and TV , Mattress, adjustable, etcâ€¦ This move was beyond stressful.ANGELO U.

Nobody texted me to let me know my location had changed .. my original location and this location was a 40 min drive between them Very disappointing when you are on schedule !this U Haul was dirty both in cab of truck and in backAmanda W.

I was instructed to take truck to chilliwack yarrow bit we have major flooding and is not a very good time to get any vehicles In and out of the area, I called traffic and they were able to have me take it to this location I instructed that I would be dropping off at 11pm at night for and that there is a key drop there, we'll there is a key drop there but no access to it I called the facility at 1030 pm the gentleman answered said they were closed I stated truck was there I just need somewhere to leave key he said no we are closed come back tomorrow while he sat in his house and there was a 60 foot walk to the fence my question is if it's locked up facility have the key box placed on the inside of yard at gate line so clients can put key in box, I had to drive 3 hours to drop off key today and was lucky to have are it there as the highway is only to be used by essential users which has been laid out by our government due to the major weather events and destruction in our area, for the most part I am happy with uhaul but definitely wasn't to pleased with this one, hopefully the next one is a little smoother.JASON Y.

The gas gauge was recorded at 1/4 tank. It was BELOW that and as a result, 1) when I returned it at exactly 1/4 tank (more than when I got it) I was charged $60 extra, and 2) the 'low gas light' came on within 5 minutes of driving it. How about giving your customers some gas to get out of the lot next time????Cale P.
Kent Storage was fantastic. What is NOT fantastic is U-haul. Lately every time I deal with you have been a disappointment. In this case i was promised a truck in Chilliwack, when it was time to pick up you had changed it to Agassiz without even asking or telling me. It's outrageous and I will rent from somebody else next time. It's obvious that you can not be trusted in such in such an important moment such as a full move.Mats H.

I had an issue with cost of the rental and it was handled excellently by Vanessa Cortisano Bartolomo. I would suggest that the truck rental should be supplied with a full tank of gas so that the renter can return withe same so there would be no fuel issues. Thank you Vanessa.Metro H.

Well never actually seen anyone in person. Hours online say 8am-10pm however it says 10-6 pm on the door. Wanted to see an actual person for drop off of equipment due to family members having issues with uhaulsAlexanderia B.

The 6x12 tandem axle trailer is almost too heavy for one person to lift onto a trailer ball, a mobile lifting device at the yard would help. A 2x4 timber would do the trick. Other than that my experience was excellent.ron R.

The trailer that I booked the day before and received a confirmation number, was for unknown reasons given to another customer. A covered trailer was subsequent ed for the same price which sorted out well. Kevin was very hel.Steve W.
Charged $40 (still unresolved) for an extra day even though truck was dropped off at 8:30; 30 minutes before deadline Attempted to return the truck at the location the night before (11pm) but gates were closed and no key drop box visible by the fence. No instructions were given on how to return the truck after hours.Yi-Hsin C.

No one was available to facilitate pick up when we arrived. Took more than 30 min to get the keys. We had already driven more than 50KM (an hours travel) to pick up the truck as we were advised that the one we booked (a 5 min walk from the place we were moving out of) was not available. For our inconvenience and the fact that we only had 77KM on the rental which would be 3/4 eaten up by distances we had to travel to pick up the truck , we. We were told 100KM free would be added to the rental. Then when we arrived to pick it up at the booked time. we had to call/leave messages and finally enlist the help of a renter at the uhaul location who had another # for the owner (who was in a â€˜meeting' and not answering his phone). Finally that owner noted that the 100KM free had not been added to the order but assured me he would add it.Michael M.
The pickup and drop off locations were good, and the trailer I rented was good. But U-haul itself was super frustrating. Trying to change my pick up and drop off times was frustrating, and even after talking to a u-haul representative, the times were still way off of what I asked. For this reason, I will most likely never use U-haul again.JONATHAN W.

kevin the man/manager/owner etc.....was very very helpfull in assisting me with my imediate need for a 20 foot truck to pick up 3 lockers i won on 73rd ave in surrey bc.....more economical than going 3 times with my car and trailor...lol.................will definetly rent from your company again in the near future ...ps i own and run a pawnshop /used stuff here in agassiz bc ,....and use ibid daily and bid 13.richard S.
picking it up at Agassiz went well but we were told to pick up our 20' truck and auto transporter in Port Coquitlam at 7 am which was not close to our house at all, to find out that they had neither of them. We then had to drive for over an 1h and a half out of our way going east to get the truck in Agassiz and then drive 2 hrs west to get the auto transport. Now instead of moving in the morning as planned, we moved in the afternoon, spent extra gas to go to two extra locations and having to drive very late in the day to start our trek across Canada and all we got for it was a $50 discount.hugh G.
Truck was not easily accessible, not clean. Papers and hat from previous customer left inside. Truck was parked in a position that required some maneuvering to extricate, requiring one of us to monitor the gate we had to partially close and avoid incoming dump trucks.Sara G.
